Hey guys! Just a quick heads up that this is your last chance to win yourself some sweet spa love from My Cozy Room Boutique Spa, as well as, to win yourself an outdoor family portrait from Magicdow Photography. Click on the links to check out the full details and act fast!!!
I’ve personally used Magicdow for event photography (all those years of doing magic on stage) and they’ve also done some really awesome pictures of my friends. Take my yoga buddy Judy for instance. We graduated exactly one year ago at yoga teacher training overseas and formed a strong bond. Judy’s from Hong Kong and when she came to visit me in Singapore after attending a 10-day Vipassana meditation retreat at St John’s Island, Judy wanted to take some outdoor shots of her doing some wicked “not-quite-beginner-level” asana poses.
There’s more from that photo album, all which I feel were beautifully shot, capturing a peaceful serenity that my graceful yogini friend so eloquently radiates. You can check out more on Magicdow’s Facebook page… their current website is being revamped and the new one will officially launch after National Day 🙂
I really do like supporting small businesses. It’s also a big reason why I prefer staying at B&Bs overseas compared to hotels; you’re a name, not a room number. It’s personal and there’s a charm of true authenticity and cozy familiarity with a service that’s owned and managed by someone who actually works there… not some well-paid CEO who may be so far removed from what employees actually experience on the ground.
That’s why I really respect Celine Chan of My Cozy Room Boutique Spa. Always upgrading her skills and finding the latest and greatest, the passionate Singaporean entrepreneur constantly ensures that her boutique spa is on top of its game. It’s no feat of luck or coincidence that the company has won many awards in this competitive industry.
Many local celebrities are also clients. Good service and wonderful experiences aside, I think like me, they also appreciate the spa’s great location – conveniently situated in town at peaceful Cairnhill, but away from the busy bustle of Orchard Road. You may recognise some of Celine’s happy clients (trust me on this – if you’re feeling poorly, their hot stones massage will definitely perk you up)…
Celine has very generously sponsored a Hydro JetPeel Facial treatment worth S$288, as well as, a sweet 50% off this new spa treatment (till end September) when you quote NINGTHING upon booking your session with My Cozy Room Boutique Spa. The first 20 readers also receive a free BABOR Stemcell Illuminating Serum work S$68. Click here for full details.
Winners will be selected by random this weekend and contacted by the sponsoring partners accordingly. Good luck everyone!!!
