After years of money thrown away and now fully rehabilitated I know what exercises to do. This book has all of the exercises. Actually, I think this book has been used as the training manual for all physios.
If I just had bought this book, read it and followed it I could have got same result as the all the money spent on doctors. Having all the experience of exercises makes me confident that this book has the easy and cheapest solution.
Yes, you have to do the exercises for the rest of your life but it does not mean you have to drag yourself to the physio… Just pick up the book and do the exercises in your apartment, house or hotel. As you guessed, I highly recommend this book
If you have back pain, slipped disc, surgery or just want to prevent back pain. Do yourself a favor and follow the instructions explicitly. It will be be painful in the beginning but it will help after a while.
I know, the last thing you want to do when you’ve got back pain is to do something that hurts but as the books says, start slowly with the easy exercises and then move on. The book has even got suggestions for sex positions for people with back pain.
