There are 3 different presentations.  The main effect is Blaze.

A spectator chooses and signs a card.  It is lost back in the deck.  The deck is replaced inside the card case.  A flash paper is ignited and thrown towards the card case.  The card case now has a burnt-out hole on both sides, but the cards inside it are not harmed.  The cards are taken out of the card case and only the spectator’s chosen card is burnt.  The signature is still there to prove that this is indeed the spectator’s original chosen card.  The spectator can keep this card as a souvenir.  Everything can be examined!

The effect is not difficult to do.  It depends on the misdirection caused by the flash paper as well as the discovery of the burnt signed card.  They are good enough to hide all the moves you need to carry out, and also the clean-up.

You receive the special card case plus all the necessary gimmicked cards.  You need to burn 2 holes in the card case, and also prepare the burnt chosen card.  It is all explained in the DVD.  The main performances are in the French language with English sub-titles.  The explanations are with a voice-over in the English language.

This is another presentation of Blaze that involves 2 spectators.  One of them chooses and signs a card.  This card is placed inside the empty card case and inserted into the performer’s shirt pocket.  The other spectator chooses a card and this turns out to be the “twin” of the first spectator’s card!  This second card is openly burnt with a candle flame.  Smoke is then seen coming out of the performer’s pocket where the card case was placed.  When the case is taken out of the pocket, it has burnt holes on both sides, and the first spectator’s signed card inside it is also burnt.  You will need a smoke producing device if you wish to add smoke in the presentation.

This is almost the same effect as Blaze.  Instead of using the flash paper, the cased deck is put inside a paper doggy bag.  A “firecracker” is lit and put inside the paper bag.  It explodes with some fire inside the bag.  When the case is taken out of the bag, it is shown burnt with 2 holes.  The cards inside are unharmed except the signed chosen card which is also burnt.  The explanation does not cover how to construct the “firecracker”.  You will have to figure out your own method.

As mentioned, anything involving fire will definitely captivate the attention of any audience.  The effect is not difficult to do, and the spectator is left with a unique souvenir to remind her of her wonderful experience of your magic!
